A pastoral setting helps distinguish this wonderful restaurant, which has delighted patrons since 1940. Enjoy the covered patio, or dine inside, beneath vaulted ceilings and a towering fireplace. The menu offers duck confit, grilled lamb chops, pork tenderloin en croute, and a duet of sole and salmon. Veal and steaks are available too. Wine from local vineyards are exceptional, as are desserts, such as the hot chocolate fondant souffle. Sunday brunch elicits raves as well.
